PURPOSE: A method for forming a protective coating layer is provided to form an yttria stabilized zirconia(YSZ) layer with excellent adhesive by room-temperature coating without high temperature heat-treatment process, and to prevent bending of a separator. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a protective coating layer comprises: a step(110) of preparing YSZ powder; a step(120) of generating aerosol by applying mechanical vibration to the YSZ powder, and injecting carrier gas; and a step(130,140) of forming coating layer by spraying the aerosol on the contact surface with sealing material. The composition of the YSZ is (ZrO_2)_(1-x)(Y_2O_3)_x, and in here, x is 0.03-0.1. The step preparing the YSZ consists of calcinations-heat treatment and crushing at 300-1200 °C. |
