CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent device is represented by chemical formula 1 or 2. Here, X and Y are NR15 or a single bond, R1-R15 are respectively selected from hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, amino, nitro, nitrile, C1-40 alkyl, C2-40 alkenyl, C2-40 alkynyl, C5-40 aryl, C1-40 heteroaryl, C1-40 alkoxy, C5-40 aryloxy, C1-40 alkyl amino, C5-40 arylamino, C5-40 diarylamino, C5-40 heteroarylamino, C2-40 diheteroarylamino, C6-40 arylalkyl, C6-40 heteroarylalkyl, C3-40 cycloalkyl, C1-40 halogen alkyl, C3-40 heterocycloalkyl, C3-40 alkylsilyl, C3-40 arylsilyl and C3-40 heteroaryl silyl.</p>
