<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling tool for toroidal continuously variable transmission unit, capable of efficiently incorporating a power roller, a displacement shaft, and a trunnion assembly into a toroidal continuously variable transmission unit. <P>SOLUTION: The tool is a synthetic resin member consisting of a tool body 56 in which a long side part 52 and a short side part 54 are orthogonally forming a roughly L shape, and a tubular tool fixing part 58 integrated with the short side part 54 of the tool body 56. An engagement hole 54a is formed in the short side part 54 of the tool body 56, through which the base end part of a driving rod 36 fitted and fixed to a pivot 5 is penetrated and engaged. When the base end part of the rod 36 is penetrated through the penetration hole 54a, the inner wall 52a of the long side part 52 of the tool body 56 contacts with the end face of the power roller 8 orthogonal to a pivoting part 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
