PURPOSE: A slide for portable terminal and a tilt hinge module is provided not to expose a slide rail when tilting a slide case in a z-axis direction. CONSTITUTION: A tilt hinge unit(20) includes a pair of base brackets(21), tilt shafts(22), and tilt brackets(23). Each slide rail(30) is respectively fixed to the tilt brackets. The slide rail rotates the tilt brackets. The slide rail is formed in a guide groove(31). The guide groove is connected to both ends of the sliding plate.
