PURPOSE: A holder of a portable terminal is provided to easily manufacture and assembly a portable terminal by simplifying a structure. CONSTITUTION: A first coupling member(113) is formed in one side of a body of a holder. A second coupling member(115) is formed in the first coupling member. The second coupling member is manufactured as an elastic body. A portable terminal is installed between the first and second coupling members. The first coupling member is manufactured as a rigid body. The first coupling member includes a connection terminal.
