PURPOSE: A hot water device for ambulance main stretcher is provided to seclude risk of fire and to prevent generation of electromagnetic wave. CONSTITUTION: A hot water device for ambulance main stretcher comprises a mat(20) settled at the top of the main stretcher, a holder(30) which is installed on one part of the mainframe of the main stretcher, and a warm water supply tool(10) which supplies warm water to the hose. The warm water supply tool comprises a warm water storage which stores warm water, a warm water heating portion which heats the warm water stored in the warm water storage, a SMPS (Switched-Mode Power Supply), an auxiliary power part, and a circulation pump.
