The connector has main portion that regulates a main cavity for receiving the end portion of a tube accommodating optical fiber. An annular sealing element is inserted into main cavity for providing sealing to the tube accommodating optical fiber. A fixed element of tube is moved to axial direction with respect to connector between front release positions of the tube. A washer is provided between annular sealing element and fixed element of tube, for preventing contact between fixed element and annular sealing element.
