PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the entire system redundant by making a matching part of a pickup coil and a connection cable part redundant with a simple composition.

SOLUTION: The incidence of the system down originating to the failure of the internal circuit of a matching part of a transponder pickup coil 1 is reduced by making a matching part that takes matching of impedance matching of an information wave sending and receiving coil 11 that composes an antenna of a transponder pickup coil 1 for transmission between a transponder wayside coil and the transponder pickup coil a power wave transmitter coil 12 and an external connection cable, a double system of a first system information wave matching part 13a and a first system power wave matching part 14a, and a second system information wave matching part 13b and a second system power wave matching part 14b.
