摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for continuously manufacturing micro-TI(titanium) sponge are provided to prevent an injection tube from clogging caused by the curing of melted magnesium chloride. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for continuously manufacturing micro-TI(titanium) sponge comprises a reactor(20), a reduction furnace(10), and an injection tube(30). The reactor generates the TI(titanium) sponge(S) by the reduction reaction between tetrachloride titanium(T) and magnesium(M). The reduction furnace is installed outside the reactor and heats the reactor with heating elements(11). The injection tube is inserted into the reactor and injects the tetrachloride titanium into the reactor.
