PURPOSE: A battery controlling apparatus is provided to integrate a battery module and a control unit in a battery control box, thereby being mounted to a vehicle with less influence from vibration and impact. CONSTITUTION: A battery controlling apparatus comprises: a battery module consists of a cell array part between a flexible material of a lower buffering part, an upper buffering part of a flexible material, and a cell array part between the lower buffering part and the upper buffering part, and a battery controlling box(100) with a battery insertion part and a control substrate insertion part. The battery module comprises a module housing part in a box shape with a concave space part, and a module cover part in a plate shape combined to the upper part of the module housing part. The lower buffering part, the cell array part and the upper buffering part are mounted in the space part.
