<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new organic-modified organopolysiloxane elastomer having an affinity with various oils, superior in thickening, gelation, and emulgating characteristics, and further giving a good tactile impression characterized by velvet-like smoothness to effect a good sense of use; and provide a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a new organopolysiloxane elastomer having a sugar alcohol-modified group linked to a silicon atom and having a 3D crosslinked network structure including a carbon-silicon bond in the crosslink part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
