<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for acquiring a tabulation result with high quality by removing responses made in a short time in a questionnaire via the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: A questionnaire is divided into question patterns each of which is displayed on one screen of a terminal of each respondent. The transition order is determined depending on contents of responses. A questionnaire tabulation system measures a time required for response which is a time required by a respondent to respond to each question pattern, obtains a representative value of the time required for response of each respondent who responded to the question pattern for each question pattern, and obtains a response time index in the question pattern responded to for each respondent by dividing the time required for response by the representative value. The system obtains an average value by dividing the sum of the response time indexes by the number of the question patterns responded to and removes a prescribed ratio of responses in ascending order of the average values for the questionnaire tabulation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
