摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device and a semiconductor relay device that have a reduced value of a CR product while implementing reduced manufacturing costs. <P>SOLUTION: One MOSFET 2 of two MOSFETs constituting a two-way switch 1 is a unipolar compound semiconductor device comprising a compound semiconductor, and the other MOSFET 3 is an Si-MOSFET comprising silicon. There are many unipolar compound semiconductor devices that have a smaller value of a CR product than Si-MOSFETs.
