MANAGING VALUE SETS ALLOCATED TO WIRELESS DEVICES

A subscriber management server for managing value sets to be allocated to wireless devices in a group is provided. The subscriber management server includes: a storage unit configured to store data indicating an allocation status of each value set in the group;a keep-alive unit is configured to transmit a response signal to a wireless device, to which a value set is allocated in response to receiving a keep-alive signal from the wireless device;an allocation unit configured to change the allocation status of the value set from allocated to unallocated if the keep-alive signal is not received within a receive timer period from the wireless device; and a timer determination unit is configured to determine the receive timer period; wherein the keep-alive unit is further configured to transmit the receive timer period to the wireless device using the response signal.
