<p>A two-roller bending machine capable of adjusting a bending diameter in a numerical control manner. An upper fixed roller (4) is fixedly disposed. A lower rubber roller (3) is disposed on two lower roller bearing supports (2) below the upper fixed roller (4). The two lower roller bearing supports (2) are fixed on two hydraulic cylinders (7) respectively. Sensor contact devices (6) of a sensor (5) are fixedly connected on the two lower roller bearing supports (2) respectively. A signal input end of a hydraulic control device (9) is connected to a hydraulic signal output end of a numerical control device (8). Workpieces of different diameters can be rolled with the same upper roller mould by changing a gap between the upper fixed roller (4) and the lower rubber roller (3). The sensor (5) can measure a current height of the lower rubber roller (3) in real time, that is, the distance between the upper roller (4) and the lower rubber roller (3). Real-time adjustment is performed through control of the hydraulic cylinders (7), so as to achieve the effect of rolling workpieces of different diameters with the same upper roller mould.</p> |
