<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 1, 2, 4-triazole compound capable of introducing a guanidine skeleton to an ordinary amine and even to a bulky secondary amine, in which a steric hindrance is supposed, such as diisopropylamine, and to provide a method for synthesizing a guanidine derivative using the 1, 2, 4-triazole compound as a raw material. <P>SOLUTION: The 1, 2, 4-triazole compound is represented by chemical formula (I). In the formula, R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and R<SB POS="POST">2</SB>are equal to, or different from each other and present tert-butoxy carbonyl group, benzyl oxy carbonyl group, benzyl group, para-methoxy benzyl group, benzoyl group, 9-fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl group, allyl oxy carbonyl group or para toluene sulfonyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
