<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight molding, which includes a fiber-reinforced composite material containing a thermoplastic resin, and has a rising part extending in a longitudinal direction to a horizontal part. <P>SOLUTION: Relating to a random mat constituted by the thermoplastic resin and a reinforced fiber of an average fiber length of 10-100 mm and containing a fiber bundle satisfying predetermined opening conditions, a random mat in which a charge rate to a die configuration is ≥5 and ≤100%, or a precursor before molding is used to carry out a press molding, and the molding having the rising part extending in the longitudinal direction to the horizontal part such as a rib and/or a boss is manufactured. Also in the rising part a maintenance of an isotropic nature of the fiber is possible.
