An indoor unit (100) of an air conditioner comprises a panel body (4), a rear case (8), and a front panel (2) connected to the panel body (4). The rear case (8), the panel body (4), and the front panel (2) define an inner cavity of the indoor unit (100) of the air conditioner. The panel body (4) comprises a left side wall (6) and a right side wall (5). Outer surfaces of the left side wall (6) and the right side wall (5) of the panel body (4) both have outward raised portions or inward recessed portions.
