PURPOSE: A TSP(Touch Screen Panel) device preventing malfunction caused by a noise is provided to prevent the malfunction of the TSP by removing noises come from the outside. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode pattern unit includes a first transparent electrode pattern(120) formed on the top of a transparent substrate and sensing a contact position of a side direction and a second transparent electrode pattern(160) formed on the bottom of the transparent substrate and sensing a contact position of the other side direction. A side noise blocking electrode pattern unit(145) is formed along a border of the transparent substrate. A rising noise blocking unit includes a blocking substrate and a rising noise blocking electrode pattern unit. A connection pad delivers a contact position sensing signal provided from the transparent electrode pattern unit to a sensing control unit.
