<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of simplifying the process of detecting states of switches at a microcomputer. <P>SOLUTION: Each push switch SWAB is assigned a different combination pattern of either of input ports IPA1, IPA2 and either of input ports IPB1, IPB2. As to each push switch SWAB, when the push switch SWAB is turned on, the input ports IPA, IPB assigned to the push switch SWAB are electrically connected together to invert respective input levels of the input ports IPA, IPB.
