<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain suction of dust and humidity to a driving chamber, while reducing a driving load by supply-discharge of fluid to the driving chamber for driving a piston of a fluid pump. <P>SOLUTION: A pressurizing-decompressing chamber A is formed between a cylinder head side valve unit V and the piston 2 inside a cylinder 1, and the driving chamber B is arranged on the opposite side. A ventilation passage F is formed over the driving chamber B and an external space, a fluid passage E is provided to be connected via the valve unit V, the fluid passage E merges in a merging space G in an intermediate position of the ventilation passage F, and an air filter 17 is arranged in the merging space G. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
