<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for protecting trees capable of preventing generation of wilting of a pine or wilting of a Japanese oak, and damaging of pests to cherry or maple beforehand without bringing a high cost. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for preventing wilting of a protected tree or damaging to a protected tree by reducing insects which mediates a causal organism to the protected tree or flying/adhering of insects which damages the protected tree, an atmosphere different from an atmosphere of a component in which the protected tree emits during the active period of the insect vectors or damaging insects is formed around a live standing tree of the protected tree and thereby, the possibility of flying/adhering caused by the insect vectors or damaging insects is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
