PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optic device and an electronic device capable of appropriately driving an electro-optic panel according to a model (characteristic) thereof.

SOLUTION: The electro-optic device includes in order from a side close to a first side of a flexible wiring board 200: a first FPC connecting terminal 45; and a second FPC connecting terminal part 46 that has different terminal arrangement from that of the first FPC connecting terminal 45. A panel connecting terminal 41 of a liquid crystal panel 100 is electrically connected to the first FPC connecting terminal 45 or the second FPC connecting terminal part 46 according to the model of the liquid crystal panel 100.
