<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated wire excellent in heat resistance, electrical characteristics and magnetic characteristics of an insulating layer, also good in dispersibility of ferrites or the like, small in surface irregularity, therefore having good cold resistance, and having no deterioration in tensile elasticity after heating. <P>SOLUTION: An insulated wire includes a conductor and an insulating layer covering around the conductor. The insulating layer contains at least a crosslinked fluororubber and a surface-treated ferrite.
