<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of variation patterns while suppressing the increase of the data capacity of a determination value table to be used when specifying the variation pattern. <P>SOLUTION: In a distribution table T1, pattern data B1 indicating the low-order byte of a variation pattern specifying command instructing the variation pattern is stored correspondingly to distribution data stored at the head of a distribution table T2. In the meantime, in the distribution table T2, only the distribution data to be compared with a random number R3 for variation pattern distribution is stored. Then, the random number R3 for the variation pattern distribution and contents of the distribution table T2 are compared (step S27) to each other, and when the comparison result is negative, the pattern data B1 are updated (step S30). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
