<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion-molded article which is composed of a resin, has improved appearance thanks to that a surface of the molded article looks like as if there is unevenness on the surface, and can be easily manufactured in high dimensional precision, to provide a method of manufacturing the extrusion molded article, and to provide a molding die. <P>SOLUTION: The extrusion-molded article 1 is an extrusion-molded article 1 having a bent part or curved part in a cross sectional shape, which includes a resin-made base material 11 on at least one surface. Here, recessed ridges 12 and protrusive ridges 13 are alternately continuously arranged, and a transparent resin-made covering layer 21 that covers the surface of the resin-made base material 11 on which the recessed ridges 12 and protrusive ridges 13 are formed to fill at least the recessed ridges 12.
