PURPOSE: A method for setting flow of cooling water in a hot rolled steel sheet cooling process is provided to minimize the fault of product by increasing control accuracy of cooling finish temperature and target finish temperature by controlling the fluid flow through two steps. CONSTITUTION: A method for setting flow of cooling water in a hot rolled steel sheet cooling process is as follows. A first cooling water flow is calculated based on an indication including cooling finish temperature(201, 202). The first cooling water flow is controlled by learning the change of a previous process(204, 205). The change of pre-processes include heating furnace and rolling processes. |
