Disclosed is a centrifugal combined aeration machine, comprising: a drive device (11), a negative pressure oxygen supply pipe (8), an outer pipe sleeving the negative pressure oxygen supply pipe (8), a fan oxygen supply channel (3) being formed between the inner and outer pipes, and a supercharging guiding pipe assembly (6) disposed at the bottom of the outer pipe; a conical centrifugal paddle (9) connected to the drive device (11), embedded in the supercharging guiding pipe assembly (6); a negative pressure oxygen inlet channel (4) that communicates with the negative pressure oxygen supply pipe (8) provided between an upper conical body and a middle conical body of the conical centrifugal paddle (9); a centrifugal water extraction channel (5) formed between the middle conical body and a lower conical body of the conical centrifugal paddle (9); a fan (1) connected to several aeration heads (13) located in a lower front position outside the supercharging guiding pipe assembly (6) through the fan oxygen supply channel (3). The aeration machine can produce a negative pressure automatically, so as to import external oxygen, fully mix the oxygen with water to form tiny oxygen bubbles, and spray the oxygen bubbles around to cover a larger area.
