PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device and an image forming system capable of appropriately managing printing of an image data having a high confidentiality degree.

SOLUTION: A job information acquisition unit 401 acquires job type identification information and job inputter identification information from a print job. When a job input authorization unit 402 determines that the job type identification information and the job input person identification information satisfy a preregistered job input authorization condition, a job holding unit 403 holds the print job. When a print authorization unit 405 determines that user identification information input via an identification input unit 404 satisfies a print authorization condition associated with the job type identification information acquired from the print job held by the job holding unit 403, a print execution unit 406 inputs the print job into an image forming unit 140.
