<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latch facilitating attachment and detachment, and improving load proof stress of a hook. <P>SOLUTION: A communication through-hole 11h formed in a bottom surface 11 of a case body 10 is disposed opposite a through-hole 80h of an attachment panel 80. A fastener 20 having a pair of claws 21 formed at an insertion side and fixing the case body 10 to the attachment panel 80 by causing the claws 21 to pass through the through-hole 80h and the communication through-hole 11h, a hook 30 having a shaft part 31 turnably supported by the fastener 20, and a lever 40 turnably supported by the fastener 20 or the shaft part 31 are attached to the inside of case body 10 to constitute a latch 1. When the lever 40 is tilted, the fastener 20 retracts in a removal direction and the claws 21 are engaged with an edge of the through-hole 80h.
