<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of using gold foil for discharging electrostatic abnormality occurring in the body of human to its energy center as a specific spot on the skin surface transferred by the body to the outside for its normalization, without the disadvantage of pain, bacterial infection and a bad smell. <P>SOLUTION: The gold foil is attached to the energy center of acupuncture and moxa cautery through contact with skin. Positive ions concentrated on the energy center can be adsorbed and discharged into the air from the perimeter of the gold foil using a battery effect in which weak electricity is generated by laying the gold foil with a flake made of schistous powder of carbon and silica. A thermal moxa cautery stick made of copper in the shape of a hammer is heated at a temperature of around 80 degrees Celsius, and is attached to the gold foil so as to heat the surface of the energy center on the skin to the temperature of 80 degrees Celsius with moxa cautery effects generated. At the same time, the positive ions absorbed in the gold foil are also absorbed in the copper with high-electric conductivity so that the positive ions are directly discharged into the air.
