PURPOSE: An image painting synthesis system is provided to acquire image painting data which adds detailed numerical data to the image for a geographic feature by composing an elevation model created by an LIDAR(Light Detection And Ranging) device on a three dimensional aviator capturing image created by a digital capturing module. CONSTITUTION: An LIDAR(Light Detection And Ranging) device(300) creates an elevation model. A digital capturing module(500) creates a three-dimensional aviation capturing image data by using cameras. A painting module(700) creates painting image data by composing the elevator model on the three-dimensional aviator capturing image and by correcting the elevator model and the three-dimensional aviator capturing image. A numeric data synthesis module(800) applies a GPS(Global Positioning System) coordinate value to the painting image data.
