<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum valve that can prevent a temperature rise in a conductor part if conduction current has increased, and secure a cutoff performance by generating longitudinal magnetic fields in a wide area. <P>SOLUTION: In a vacuum valve, a disk-shaped coil conductor 1 connected on the central part to one end of an electrode rod 3 and generating a longitudinal magnetic field, one electrode having a tubular contact point 2 facing to the coil conductor 1 and connected at respective outer peripheral parts, and the other electrode provided and detachably connected with the one electrode are housed in insulation containers 10, 13a, and 13b inside of which is kept vacuum. The coil conductor 1 includes: a projection part 1a provided in the outer peripheral part of the coil conductor 1 and connected with the outer peripheral part of the connection point 2; an outer slit 5 extending from the outer periphery toward the center of the coil conductor in the vicinity of the projection part 1a; and an inner slit 6 provided in a circular arc shape in the inner periphery side of the projection part 1a in a row with the outer slit 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
