The composition is anhydride or aqueous form. The composition is non-powdery substance and the total mass content of the multilayer interference pigment is 7-20%, preferably 8-15%. The composition is in powder form and the total mass content of the multilayer interference pigment is 40-95%. The color of the composition in the mass is white, where the composition is not exposed to stimulus. The composition in the mass has brightness index of >= 40. The composition does not contain other coloring agent other than the multi-layer interference pigment and coloring agent sensitive to exterior stimulus, reflective pigment or diffractive pigment. The composition contains only one multi-layer pigment or at least two multi-layer pigments. The composition comprises less than 0.5 wt.% of pigments generating a color by absorption, preferably less than 0.5 wt.% of pigments based on iron oxide. Preferred Components: The coloring agent sensitive to an external stimulus is: able to take a color of dominant wavelength (delta lambda ) of less than 30 nm of the dominant wavelength of the composition in the mass; and able to take a color of dominant wavelength delta lambda of 30 nm of the dominant wavelength of the composition after application on the keratinous matter; and a colorless in a stage, where the stage is corresponding to the presence or absence of stimulus. The stage comes together in a mass of the composition, before or after the application on the keratinous matter. The coloring agent sensitive to the external stimulus is: a solution in the medium; dispersed in particles form in the medium. The coloring agent is a photochromic agent, thermochromic agent, solvatochromic agent, piezochromic, tribochromic or Mecano-luminescent. The ratio m1/m2 between the mass content of multilayer interference pigment (m1) and the total content of coloring agent (m2) sensitive to the external stimulus or reflective pigment or diffractive pigment is 0.1-1.5. The multilayer interference pigment is a substrate of silica, mica, alumina or metal. The multi-layer interference pigment comprises at least four layers; and a substrate in the transparent material. The multi-layer interference pigment has a dominant wavelength of 580-650 nm. The two multi-layer pigments have layers comprising the same material but at least one of the pigments having the different thickness of a layer corresponding to the other pigment. The multi-layer interference pigment is present at 8-15% of the non-powder composition. The multi-layer interference pigment is present at 55-65 wt.% of the powder composition. The coloring agent, reflective pigments or diffractive pigment is present at 1-50 wt.% of the powder composition. The multi-layer interference pigment is devoid of colored layer. The interference pigment contains layers comprising titanium dioxide, zirconium oxide, tin oxide and silica, on the substrate. The interference pigment is devoid of iron oxide. The mass content of the multi-layer pigment is greater than 7%. The reflective pigment comprises: a metal layer or metal alloy in the surface; a layer of metal oxide in surface. The reflective pigment is present in a platelet form, an approximately spherical shape. The size of the reflective pigment is 10-500 mu m, preferably 40-150 mu m. The interference pigment and reflecting pigment are made of same material. The mass content of the diffractive pigment is 0.1-60. The diffractive pigment has multi-layer structure. The interference pigment and the diffracting pigment are made of same material. #CMT#ADMINISTRATION : #/CMT# The composition is liquid and stick form (claimed). Administration of the composition is topical. #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# Typical composition comprised (in %): octyl-2 dodecanol; ditertiobutyl 4-hydroxytoluene (0.7); polybutene (monoolefins/isoparaffins 95/5) (7); mixture of p-hydroxybenzoates of isopropyl, iso-butyl, n-butyl (0.6); pentaerthrityl tetra-iso-stearate (1.33); tridecyl tri-mellitate (1); 2-decyl tetradecanoic acid triglyceride (5); and Timiron silk red(RTM: Multilayer interference pigment) (2).
