<p>A method for fabricating a thin-film solar cell absorption layer is provided to form a very dense CuInS2 layer by fabricating a CuInS2 absorption layer by a paste coating method and by performing an oxide process prior to a sulfide treatment. Resin and a dispersing agent are prepared and are diluted by diluent. A powder precursor is made of CuInS2 and CuS and is ground. Precursor paste is distributed to form a CuS-doped CuInS2 absorption layer. The CuS-doped CuInS2 absorption layer is heated by a hot plate and combines with oxygen in the air to perform an oxide process. After the CuS-doped CuInS2 absorption layer is put into a graphite box having sulfur powder, the graphite box is heated and burned sulfur powder becomes sulfur gas to combine with the CuS-doped CuInS2 absorption layer so that a sulfur process is performed. The powder precursor can be ground by a triple roll miller. The heated hot plate can maintain a temperature of 200-350 °C for a time interval of 20-50 minutes to oxidize the CuS-doped CuInS2 absorption layer.</p> |
