<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch plug wherein an easy and fast charging of contents into a pouch is performed, and an amount of dispensing of the contents is easily controlled. <P>SOLUTION: A pouch plug 2 in accordance with the present invention comprises: a spout 3 having a male thread 31 at its upper part and having its lower part inserted into and fixed to an opening part 11 of the pouch 1; and a cap 4 having a female thread 41 engaged with the male thread at the upper part of the spout in a peripheral wall 4A.
