Method and device for processing a tube moving lengthways, in particular textile fabric tube

The method involves folding a hose (8) into two flat superposed hose layers such as lower layer (8.1) and top layer (8.2). Two tube layers are processed relative to tube longitudinal direction, based on limited surface area in tube machining apparatus (1). A pressure-resistant separating element (5) is inserted between two hose layers. The separating element in form of plate-shaped elongated tongue is attached to separation element retaining element (6), while its other end is held by retaining element (6) cooperating with separation element retaining device (7) during tube movement. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) device for processing tube such as textile fabric tube moving intermittently in longitudinal direction; and (2) method for aligning and stretching of hose structure separating element.
