PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of sufficiently exhibiting the characteristics in a structure with two kinds of start winning holes. SOLUTION: In a jackpot game state, game balls are shot onto a special shot-in area to let the game balls enter first and second special symbol start winning holes 645 and 642 constituting an associated winning device 638. When a game ball passes through a gate 636 disposed in the special shot-in area, the state of the second special symbol start winning hole 642 is shifted to the open state in which the game ball can be received based on the passage of the game ball, and the state of the first special symbol start winning hole 645 is shifted to the open state in which the game ball can be received according to the entrance of the game ball into the second special symbol start winning hole 642. With this structure, first and second start memory data can be securely stored to the upper limit number when the jackpot game state is terminated, and the characteristics of the structure with the two kinds of the start winning holes can be sufficiently exhibited.
