PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a structure that can obtain the structure to which the shape of a mold is transferred even when mold pressing pressure is comparatively low, and the structure obtained by the method of producing. SOLUTION: The method of producting the structure comprises processes for forming a resin layer by applying a film forming composition including siloxane resin on a base body, pressing a mold to the resin layer, and peeling the mold from the resin layer.
