PURPOSE: A surface lighting device of an LED is provided to reduce the number of an LED and to prevent the generation of a dark area. CONSTITUTION: A main body part(200) includes a frame(210), an inner flat board(220) and a lateral flat board(230). The main body part includes a surface lighting part combined with the inner flat board. A cover unit(300) includes a diffusing plate(310) and a fixing unit(320). The diffusing plate diffuses the light emitted from the surface lighting part. The fixing unit fixes the frame.
