PURPOSE: A folding standing floral wreath is provided to allow repetitive use thereof and to be used as a gift. CONSTITUTION: A folding standing floral wreath comprises a basic frame(10) with a rice loading plate, a support frame(20) which has a length shorter than the length of the basic frame, a through-hole formed in the center of the basic frame, and a shaft(40) which passes through the through-hole formed in the center of the support frame. The shaft supports the bottom of the rice loading plate(30). A reinforcing support is formed in the front of the basic frame and adheres closely to the rear bottom surface of the rice loading plate.
