Device comprises germinator with protrusions and drain nozzles, loading unit with cells for seeds and meshy bed and contact block with longitudinal cells installed above loading unit with clearance. Oval contacts joined to counting unit are mounted in cells at various height. Contact block is installed with the possibility of vertical displacement by means of traction rod and is combined with loading unit by means of latch. Germinator under loading unit is separated with partitions into containers for roots, which are arranged coaxially to cells for seeds. ^ EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to increase quality of seeds assessment. ^ 1 dwg
