PURPOSE: A helmet equipped with an adjusting cushion material is provided to obtain desired wearability by enhancing the support function of the control cushion material. CONSTITUTION: A helmet equipped with an adjusting cushion material comprises a cap body (A1) comprising the outermost layer of the helmet, a shock absorbing liner(A2) arranged in the inner side of the cap body, and an attachable and separable cushion member. The cushion member comprises a basis cushion material (C) comprising the wearer, and adjusting cushion materials(6L,6R) which is arranged to be attached. On the outside of the cushion member, a protective cover is arranged to be positioned to be outside of the overlapped part.
