PURPOSE:To accelerate ink drying characteristics, to prevent oozing, skip of an image and to improve dimensional stability by adhering a predetermined weight of thin sheets on both side surfaces of a synthetic resin film, and coating one side or both side surfaces of the sheet with coating liquid containing hydrophilic resin and pigment. CONSTITUTION:Thin sheets each having a weight of 5-30g/m<2> are adhered to both side surfaces of a synthetic resin film such as a polyester film having a thickness of 16mum through acrylic adhesives to form a composite material of a thin sheet, film and thin sheet. Then, the sheet is coated with recording layer coating liquid such as coating liquid containing 100 pts. of 10% aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol, 15 pts. of 15% aqueous solution of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 10 pts. of 20% aqueous dispersion of silica, 2 pts. of waterproofing agent, 10 pts. of water, and 10 pts. of methyl alcohol so as to become 2g/m<2> in dry weight, and dried to form a recording sheet. |
