PURPOSE: A sterilizing and phosphorous removing apparatus is provided to suppress scales and the generation of active oxygen from human body by containing mineral component such as copper and zinc. CONSTITUTION: A sterilizing and phosphorous removing apparatus comprises a conduit line(12), an ionizer, and voltage controller(40). A first, second, third coupling holes(14a,14b,14c) are formed on the outer circumference of the conduit line and spaced apart at a constant interval. The ionizer comprises a first, a second, and a third caps(16a,16b,16c), reduction electrodes(20,22,24) and oxidation electrodes. The first, second and third electrode caps are combined to the first, second, and third coupling holes, respectively. A reduction electrode of a high voltage metallic material and a silver oxidation electrode(21), the reduction electrode formed of the high voltage metallic material and a copper oxidation electrode(23), and the reduction electrode formed of the high voltage material and a zinc oxidation electrode(25) are combined with a first, second and third electrode caps and spaced apart at a constant interval.
