PURPOSE: An electronic control apparatus and vehicle control method are provided to control all kinds of a vehicle regardless of the conversion of a power level in a vehicle power line. CONSTITUTION: When inputted power is lower than a system operation power, a control unit(120) outputs a boost control signal. When the inputted power is higher than the system operation power, the control unit outputs a drop control signal. A voltage conversion circuit unit(130) boosts or drops the inputted power as the system operation power according to the boost control signal or the drop control signal. A vehicle control system(140) executes a vehicle control function by receiving the inputted power.
