PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing an herb mixture extract is provided to relieve scalp irritation after hair dyeing and to ensure conditioning effect. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for relieving skin and scalp irritation contains extracts of Symphytum officinale, Platycodon grandiflorum, Theobroma cacao, and Eclipta prostrate as an active ingredient. The extracts are independently prepared using water, alcohol of C1-C3, or a mixture thereof. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a cream, a skin softener, an astringent, a lotion, a foundation, soap, or cleansing foam.
