<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device is provided to prevent a second electrode from coming into contacted with a hole transport layer by forming an electron transport layer which is smaller than a hole transport layer of an organic light emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(211) is connected to a driving thin film transistor. A second electrode(215) faces the first electrode. A hole transport layer(223) is located on the first electrode. The hole transport layer has a first area. A light emitting layer(230) is located on the hole transport layer. An electron transport layer(225) is interposed between the light emitting layer and the second electrode and has a second area which is wider than the first area.</p>
