A battery pack is provided to decrease the number of components by removing an internal heater in a self-control protection part and to reduce a manufacturing cost. A battery pack(100) comprises a chargeable battery cell(111); an external port(112) which is connected with the battery cell in parallel and is connected with an external power source or load to act as a terminal in case of the charge of a battery cell or the discharge of a battery cell; a charge device(113) and a discharge device(114) which are connected in serial between the external port and the battery cell; a first protection circuit(116) which is connected with the battery cell in parallel to detect the voltage of the battery cell to control the operation of the charge device and discharge device; a fuse(115) which is connected in serial between the charge and discharge devices so as to be molten in case of the overcharge of the battery cell; a switch part which is connected with the one end of the fuse so as to be operated in case of the overcharge of the battery cell; and a second protection circuit part(117) which is connected in serial between the battery cell and the switch part to turn on the switch part in case of the overcharge of the battery cell. |
