PURPOSE: An automatic rice-flour mill apparatus is provided to knead rice flour without having rice dough sticking to the inner wall of a kneading oven by pounding or turning over the rice dough together within the kneading oven. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus body(110) forms an outer tube. A kneading oven(121) is equipped with a kneading space for accommodating rice dough. A pounding unit(130) is equipped with a pestle(131) which moves in and out of the kneading oven and mills the rice dough. A dough overturning device(140) turns over the rice dough by interlocking with the pounding operation of the pestle. An overturning spatula has an arc shape corresponding to the inner wall of the kneading oven and comes in contact with and turns over the rice dough. A spatula up/down driving part supports the overturning spatula so as to drive an up/down operation. A first motor generates the power for the up/down driving of the overturning device. The overturning spatula is connected to an overturning shaft to be attachable and detachable. A rotary motion plate is combined to the first motor shaft on one end, but the other end is arranged at a position separated from the first motor shaft. One end of a spatula driving shaft is connected to the other end the rotary motion plate to rotate freely, and the other end is connected to the overturning shaft to rotate freely. A guide part is connected to the overturning shaft to introduce up/down driving of the overturning shaft.
